According to the Florida Music Festival, they “seek panelists that are actively signing and developing new artists through the evolutionary ways of digital media, distribution, publishing and touring.”
“I’ve been attending FMF since the beginning and I’ve watched it go from a great idea to a national power player in the music industry and I’m extremely excited to participate in it this year. This is the premier event in the Southeast for up and coming musicians and filmmakers who are looking to get to the next level,” Nanton said.
The Florida Music Festival and Conference will take place Wednesday, May 16 through Saturday, May 19. The live performances will take place at various venues in downtown Orlando, May 17 through May 19, and the conference will be held at the Downtown Marriott in Orlando, May 18 and May 19. Nanton will be speaking on the “legal issues in the music business” panel on Friday, May 18 at 11a.m.
